Hints:
Step 1) First of all make sure your stamina is always above 0%(you never know when you might need it).
Step 2) Second, start out on king kais; Train there untill your powerlevel stops going up.
Step 3) Third, goto The Hyperbollic Time Chamber; Train there untill your powerlevel stops going up.
Step 4) Fourth, goto supreme kais; Train there untill your powerlevel stops going up.
Step 5) Finally, after you do all that...well you can kill people for powerlevel but other training...you have to find out on your own.
